Scott Osborne AKA “Oz” has been with Choice Solutions since March of 2011 and has been working in IT specializing in Microsoft and Citrix solutions for nearly 20 years. Oz currently serves as the North Central Regional Lead and Senior Solutions Architect for Choice Solutions. Oz is a Citrix Specialist for Networking/Data Center, Citrix Technology Professional (CTP), Nutanix Technology Champion (NTC), NVIDIA vGPU Community Advisor (NGCA) and serves as co-lead for both the Omaha Metro Citrix User Group Community (CUGC) and Nebraska Nutanix User Group (NUG) user groups. He specializes in the End User Compute (EUC) space with Citrix and Microsoft solutions involving virtual application, server, and desktop technologies and has diverse experience with most industry-leading technologies that are required for these types of mid to large enterprise EUC environments such as monitoring, FSLogix, Multi-Factor Authentication (Duo, Azure MFA, etc.), Virtual GPU (vGPU) and many other leading partner solutions.
Oz is a co-lead for the Citrix practice at Choice Solutions as well as the Choice Solutions champion for NVIDIA GPU-based solutions; in general, vGPU design and implementation is a personal passion as it pertains to virtual apps and desktop environments. He is involved in all phases of customer projects; from health checks and assessments to design and planning to the ‘in-the-trenches’ build phases. He also has in-depth experience in the Health Care vertical working with and designing Epic Hyperspace environments on Citrix. Finally, in general, he focuses more heavily on multi-site environments that could potentially include a hybrid of on-prem private cloud resources along with Azure and/or Citrix Cloud resources and components including Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)/multi-session Windows 10.
On a personal note, Oz is married with two girls. During his time off he likes to vacation to Hawaii and sip on craft beer.
