Jim Steinlage is an innovative thought leader who has been involved with the technology industry since 1970. His strong work ethic led him to a leadership role in what is now one of the Big Four accounting firms. In 1985, Jim ventured away from his accounting and consulting career to start what has become Choice Solutions. Choice Solutions is a technology company with a consultative foundation. Its primary focus is to provide its customers with Choices when solving their complex business challenges. As CEO, Jim has grown Choice Solutions into an elite organization through his servant leadership style and passion for technology. The company currently serves over 500 companies across 23 states.

Jim has a unique ability for recognizing new, game-changing technologies. Success with early adoption has earned Jim the privilege of invitation to and participation in partner Advisory Councils with the likes of Citrix, VMware, Veeam Software, Nutanix, RES (Ivanti) Software, Unitrends, Cohesity, Pillar Data (Oracle), and EqualLogic (Dell), to name a few. Jim established an early partnership with Citrix in 1993 that is still going strong. Due to this long-term partnership, Choice Solutions was recognized at the 2017 Citrix Summit as a Citrix All-Star. Choice Solutions has also earned the RES (Ivanti) Software 2016 Excellence Award and was honored to be on the Tech Elite 250 list in 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2018.

Technology Headlines magazine listed Choice Solutions as one of the top 10 fastest growing managed services providers for 2018. Ivanti named Choice Solutions as a 2018 Platinum Expert Solutions Provider. CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Choice Solutions to its 2018 Tech Elite 250 list and to their 2018 Managed Service Provider (MSP) 500 list in the Elite 150 category.

Outside of the office Jim, loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Janice, and their four children’s families, and 13 grandchildren. His personal passions are his faith, involvement in church, his family, landscaping, mountain and lake activities, fitness, volunteering for service activities and the Kansas State Wildcats.
