Something that our organization has grown it success on and is part of our name is “Choices”. Always offering customers “Choices” by not locking organizations into limited options and flexibility for the future. Now it is even more important to make sure organization have flexibility, especially with the changing workforce of tomorrow.

The working world is undergoing an incredible transformation. Companies and employees alike are coming to terms with new work environments as they look to what the future holds. As Millennial and Gen Z workers continue to demand flexibility and a greater work-life balance, remote work is becoming a mainstay. Organizations are finding more and more Millennials are in their current remote workforce and starting to make them the largest generation in the U.S. labor force. We see the preference of working remote, hybrid, or physical office seems to follow the age group from Millennials/Gen Z, Gen-Xers to Boomers in that order.
